After an initial meeting to discuss your requirements, we will schedule a planning session with you. This will enable us to explore in more detail what you would like us to investigate and we will use this to write our research brief.
Once this is agreed, we will conduct the research and then report back to you in a debrief session and provide you with a written report and any other materials you have asked us to collect.
The research will consist of face-to-face interviews with decision-makers and other relevant and influential people conducted by experienced researchers who have the experience and gravitas to uncover the interviewees' issues, motvations and concerns.
