With over twenty years’ experience working in a range of strategy roles in the telecomms and Internet industry, Leo has proven experience of contributing to and leading major projects and programmes. He has excellent financial and non-financial analysis and modelling skills and experience in applying them to commercial, regulatory and interconnect issues in the Telecoms, Media and Technology industry.
His regulatory experience includes working for and negotiating with regulatory authorities in many different countries around the world.
Since becoming a freelance consultant in 2002, Leo has delivered a variety of assignments for Telecommunications companies and ISPs in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including international benchmarking, business modelling, negotiations with telecom suppliers, as well as regulatory advice and assistance.
